For those of you that know Tyson, you may or may not have experienced his rocking episodes while he is sleeping or putting himself to sleep. ( It sounds like someone is nailing things into the wall!) He sits against the side of his pack-n-play and bounces off the netting until he falls asleep. This takes five minutes or up to two hours. :) Sometimes he sings Native American chants, or "Twinkle Twinkle little star.." I've always been concerned about it, but I guess it runs on both sides of our family ( Not me though!!). The doctor has reiterated to me that he does not have anything like autism, it is simply his soothing technique. (ugh) Needless to say I snuck(I know, it's not a word..."sneaked" just sounded really weird) into his room during naptime and found that he had fallen asleep sitting up and slightly fallen over. I couldn't help myself and stole a picture... He's such a funny kid.

I'm sure someday he'll grow out of it. Otherwise, he'll wife will have a lot to get used to! Cute new background, Heidi!
What can I say?.... Like father, like son! Devin used to rock himself to sleep on a rocking horse that we had. I don't know how he never fell off it. We'd go in the room and he be sitting on it and leaning again the head fast asleep. Zzzzzzzz....
Funny kid! Mason misses him! We need to play.
